When served, the pale yellow color of this Champagne will delight your eyes. The light foam will give way to an interesting visual spectacle, mixing a string of fine bubbles and golden reflections.
The nose, initially lemony, quickly evolves towards more citrus notes, reminiscent of pineapple. As the tasting progresses, a more gourmand, almond nose takes over.
The attack on the palate, beautifully lively, softens afterwards. Its finish, with a beautiful roundness, leaves a very pleasant woody-vanilla sensation.
Served at 9-10°C, this Champagne can be served as an aperitif. For a meal, it reveals subtle pairings with Japanese cuisine and raw fish.
