History

Wine growers for 5 generations, we strive to cultivate vines in line with our values and with respect for our terroir, while evolving our cultivation methods in order to adapt to environmental and ethical standards.

Our exploitation

Our terroir :

Located on three different and complementary terroirs, our vineyard is made up of 50% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Meunier and a small portion of 4% Pinot Noir.

Our philosophy :

For more than twenty-five years we have been practicing sustainable viticulture. We can thus obtain optimal grape quality with a minimum amount of treatment. In order to eliminate vine pests, we have therefore replaced insecticides with ecological control.
In all of our plots we control natural grass cover, which allows us to drastically reduce herbicides. These practices ensure our own culture while respecting nature. We thus obtained HVE (High Environmental Value) certification in July 2020 and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) certification in April 2023.
We complete the process by vinifying the fruit of our work and creating refined vintages which will delight your taste buds and which will pair perfectly with your dishes.
