65% Chardonnay and 35% de Pinot Meunier.
The coat is yellow, rather light. The cord of bubbles reaches the surface with a regular rhythm, which allows to nourish a thin and shiny collar.
The first nose is expressed around notes of citrus, orange type. Over time, the profile evolves towards a dark chocolate side.
The attack on the palate is lively, which awakens the taste buds. The tasting continues with floral and lime aromas, and ends with an acidic finish, bringing a vanilla side to perfectly punctuate this tasting.
Served at 9-10°C, this champagne can be served as an aperitif or accompanied by seafood or shellfish.
