65% Chardonnay and 35% de Pinot Meunier.
The coat is yellow, rather light. The cord of bubbles reaches the surface with a regular rhythm, which allows to nourish a thin and shiny collar.
The first nose expresses itself around gourmandise, with a subtle blend of honey and cinnamon. It evolves very richly with rounded notes reminiscent of the gingerbread we usually eat at the end of the year.
The balanced attack on the palate is only the confirmation of the nose: this champagne is gourmet. Its finish, of good length, is a balanced blend of notes of apples from the orchard, supported by a beautiful acidity.
Served at 9-10°C, this champagne can be served as an aperitif. For a meal, a sauce dish with grilled meat will go very well.
